How the bill check works
Export the CSV
In the AWS console open Cost Explorer, pick the last three months, group by service, and download the CSV. About two minutes.
Send it over
Upload the file in the form at the bottom of the page. Look it over first and remove anything you would rather not share. Nothing else is needed.
Get your teardown
A plain written note: the three biggest savings, a rough monthly amount for each, and what to change to get it.
Two ways to work together
AWS bill check
The free teardown described above. It is meant to show quickly whether there is real money on the table.
If it is useful, there is an optional paid next step: a full savings plan, with your money back if it finds less than $250 a month in savings. The price is confirmed by email before you decide anything.
Deploy and reliability review
A short written review of how your team ships and what could break in production.
- Deploy pipeline and rollback path
- Monitoring and alerting gaps
- Single points of failure worth fixing first

Questions
- Who is this for?
- Startups running on AWS where the monthly bill has grown faster than the product, and nobody has had time to look closely.
- Do you need access to my AWS account?
- No. The bill check uses only the CSV you export yourself. No credentials, no roles, no IAM changes.
- What happens to the file I send?
- It is used to prepare your teardown and is not shared with anyone else.
- What if there is nothing to save?
- Then the note says so. You will know in 48 hours instead of wondering.
